Depuis 2009, la Chine est le premier partenaire commercial de l'Afrique et son principal bailleur de fonds, prenant le relais de l’Europe qui s’est largement désinvestie du continent. Mais les pratiques des entreprises chinoises font ressurgir les vieux démons du colonialisme. Conformément à l’engagement de François Hollande de rompre avec la Françafrique, notre pays doit mener avec ce continent une nouvelle politique de partenariat respectueuse, transparente, au service du développement et de la démocratie.
