La commission environnement limite les agrocarburants les plus polluants

Les députés de la commission environnement, santé publique et sécurité alimentaire du Parlement européen ont adopté aujourd'hui le rapport qui vise à contenir les effets pervers des agrocarburants. Ces carburants peuvent en effet être encore plus polluants que des carburants conventionnels si l'on prend en compte les modifications importantes de l'agriculture qu'ils induisent. Le rapport a recueilli 43 voix pour, 26 contre et 1 abstention.

Je me félicite de l'adoption de ce rapport et des compromis ambitieux qui ont été trouvés par les différents groupes politiques.

Depuis les précédentes législations européennes, nous nous trouvions dans la situation paradoxale où la consommation de carburant agricole entrait en concurrence avec d'autres secteurs vitaux : Nous nous sommes ainsi aperçus qu'en plus d'augmenter les prix des denrées alimentaires, la culture de ces agrocarburants attisait la déforestation ou des modifications de cultures vivrières dans les pays en développement au profit de la production de simple carburant. Il était donc urgent d'agir

Je me suis particulièrement impliqué dans ce dossier pour limiter la prolifération de ces carburants tout en protégeant les nombreux emplois que ce secteur a engendrés, notamment en France. Cette exigence de sécurisation des emplois a été le pendant de mon soutien à la limitation des agrocarburants.

Je suis très satisfait des compromis trouvés dans notre commission. Nous recommandons ainsi un plafond de 5,5% pour la consommation de ces carburants dans les transports en Europe, et nous prenons en compte le facteur CASI (Changement Indirect d'affectation des Sols) dans une partie de la législation pour mieux identifier les carburants réellement moins polluants.

Soyons responsables, certes, envers l'environnement mais soyons aussi responsables envers les emplois européens de ce secteur, grâce à des délais d'entrée en vigueur et des exemptions prévus par le rapport voté aujourd'hui, tel a été le message que j'ai voulu porter. Nous nous dirigeons désormais vers le vote en session plénière qui aura lieu dès la première session de la rentrée, au mois de septembre.

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on several websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be really appreciated!

Howdy this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Bless you!

Hi just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading properly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different browsers and both show the same results.
