Plein soutien aux contrôleurs aériens

Les contrôleurs aériens ont entamé aujourd’hui une grève qui devrait se traduire par de fortes perturbations jusqu'à jeudi dans huit aéroports français.

L'USAC-CGT, premier syndicat de la DGAC, a appelé tous les contrôleurs aériens à la grève. Ce préavis, déposé en coordination avec d'autres syndicats français, vise à dénoncer les projets de libéralisation du secteur de la navigation aérienne par la Commission européenne, précise le syndicat dans un communiqué.

C’est en effet aujourd’hui que le Collège des commissaires européens examine un nouveau paquet de mesures législatives qui modifieront la gestion du contrôle aérien à l’échelle européenne. La
proposition de la Commission vise à accélérer le projet de «  Ciel unique européen » qui tarde à se concrétiser selon le Commissaire européen au transport Siim Kallas.

Ce second paquet proposerait la séparation des trois grandes fonctions de régulation, de surveillance et de navigation aérienne, jusqu’à présent réunies au sein de la Direction
générale de l'aviation civile (DGAC). Cette réforme entraînerait également une externalisation de certaines « fonctions support », comme la météo, actuellement prises en charge par les autorités nationales.

Je partage pleinement les préoccupations exprimées par les aiguilleurs du ciel.

Le souhait d’un second paquet me semble injustifiable à ce stade. L'aviation civile est seulement en train d'appliquer le règlement européen datant de 2009 créant un ciel unique et une coordination entre les différents services d'aviation civile qui n'a pas encore porté tous ses fruits en terme d'efficacité du système pour les usagers.

Il serait donc, selon moi, invraisemblable d’adopter aujourd’hui une nouvelle législation dans ce domaine.  J’espère que le message adressé aujourd’hui par les contrôleurs aériens français, hongrois, belges, italiens, portugais et tchèques poussera la Commission européenne à revoir son projet de réforme.

Western blot analysisThe cells were first starved in serum free medium for 1 to reduce increased basal levels of ERK 1 and 2 and Akt before stimulating them. For measuring total protein levels, the blots were stripped and reprobed with pan Ab. Anti p44 anti p T202 p44 anti Akt and the HRP coupled secondary antibodies anti rabbit and anti mouse were acquired from Westburg, MA, USA, while anti p S473Akt was acquired from Biosource, CA, USA. The bands were visualised using the ECL system (Amersham, Buckinghamshire, UK). At 16 before harvesting, cells were pulsed with 1 (methyl 3H) thymidine (Amersham). Cells were harvested by a cell harvester (Inotech, Wohlen, Switzerland) on paper filters (Filtermat A, Wallac, Turku, Finland). Filters were dried for 1 in a 60 oven and sealed in sample bags (Wallac) containing 4 Optiscint Scintillation Liquid (Wallac). Radioactivity was counted using a 1450 Microbeta Liquid Scintillation Counter (Wallac).
