Pierre Mauroy à l'honneur, à l'Opéra de Lille

Je participerai dimanche 29 janvier à 16 h à l'hommage rendu à l'Opéra de Lille par Martine Aubry. Ce sera l’occasion de saluer les 40 années d’engagement politique de  Pierre Mauroy au service des lillois.

Ancien Premier Ministre, Maire de Lille, Président de la Communauté urbaine, Conseiller général, Président de Région, Député, Député européen, mais aussi Premier secrétaire du parti socialiste et Président de l’Internationale socialiste, Pierre Mauroy a mis fin à sa carrière politique en septembre dernier en achevant son ultime mandat de sénateur.

Martine Aubry, maire de Lille et présidente de Lille Métropole a souhaité rendre hommage à l’homme politique en conviant ses anciens collaborateurs, les élus qui l’ont accompagné, les acteurs institutionnels… et aussi ses proches à l’occasion d’une cérémonie à la fois solennelle et chaleureuse qui se déroulera à l’Opéra de Lille.

Le film d’entretiens Pierre Mauroy, de l’enfant au géant, écrit par Bruno Vouters et réalisé par Alain Fleischer, sera diffusé en avant-première pour l’occasion. Deux concerts exceptionnels seront par ailleurs donnés par l’Orchestre National de Lille, dirigé par Jean-Claude Casadesus et par l’Orchestre d’Harmonie de Fives, sous la direction d’Hervé Brisse.
